In honor of Uncle Bill, an accomplished photographer in his own right (Instagram @bill.swindaman) who just loved food photos in the family group chat… or not so much!

Bill was a lifelong avid traveler, and was an inspiration to us both for this trip. However, his life was tragically cut too short by ALS in 2022. We provide a link to the ALS Association here – any donations in his honor are incredibly appreciated.
